Market research firm IDC Malaysia recently concluded a study of the North Asia Internet gaming market. It found that Korea and Taiwan made up two of the largest online gaming regions in the world, with Korea alone having a 54% market share.

'Online gaming brings a personalized experience that no other interactive content is capable of. Gamers are using it as a new platform to 'chat' with others and widen their social circle.
